NGO Go Project
The purpose of NGO Go is to help you start a Kingdom Building enterprise that begins to solve a problem in your home country. Your project may be a for-profit, a non-profit, or a project that operates sporadically but does not have an ongoing presence.
According to Business as Mission, “a Kingdom business is an enterprise directed by the Holy Spirit and managed by a Godly leader that uses its time, talent, and money to meet the spiritual and/or physical needs of the community around them to advance God’s purpose.”
This chart breaks that idea into small, easy to consider segments. We will go deeper into each one during the Conference.

THE ONE MINUTE ELEVATOR PITCH
This is your opportunity to tell us why we should invest our time to help you start your dream enterprise. If you were to meet one or more of us in an elevator and you had only 1 minute to convince us before we get off the elevator, what are the most compelling things you can convey about your dream.
Introduce yourself (first and last name) and relate the following in one minute or less:
Note that the order of these points can be changed depending upon what your strongest points are. If your team is highly experienced, highlight that first. Whatever you believe is most compelling. Your job is to mesmerize us before we “get off the elevator!”
Video yourself giving your pitch and upload both your video and a Word doc version, as part of the NGO Go application.
If you need help coming up with the elevator pitch or refining your idea go to the resource page.
Introduce yourself (first and last name) and relate the following in one minute or less:
- State the problem you are solving, your solution (solvable problem and workable solution) and the name of your company/non-profit.
- What’s the status of the idea or business – have you already started or are you at the idea stage?
- How are you different from others who might be doing the same thing or something similar? The difference may be that you are following Kingdom building principles.
- Who is on your management team and why did you choose each one? (include yourself and it is OK if it is only you at the start)
- What’s the long-term vision for the business – where do you see things in 5 to 10 years?
- How much money will it take to start the company and how will you spend it?
